The drawing desk reads everything that comes through the slot, on paper or by mail of the electronic kind.
What belongs at this desk
A page that renders oddly, a card that contradicts its photo, a link that opens the wrong listing, a question about which frame fits a particular pair of hands. Also drawings you are proud of; those get passed around the desk before we answer.
What belongs at another desk
Anything with an order number in it. Payment, delivery timing, a parcel’s whereabouts and sending something back all live with our retail partner, and their own help pages resolve those faster than any letter to us could. We never see orders, so on those questions we would only slow you down.
The electronic slot
Write to [email protected]. The desk answers in the order letters arrive, usually within a couple of working days.
