Shake and start over
On the screen, a shake starts everything over. With parcels, the shake happens at our retail partner.
How starting over works
If a frame arrives wrong, damaged or simply not what the drawing called for, the path back runs through the retail partner where the order was placed. Open the order in your account there and follow their process; their policy sets the windows, conditions and the way the parcel travels back.
Why not to us
Our address is a drawing desk with a mail slot. There is no receiving dock and no one who could match a parcel to an order, because orders never touch this desk. A box sent to Bryan would only sit there confusing everyone, while the clock on the partner’s process kept running.
Before anything travels
Half of the sad letters we get turn out to be a size mix-up on the apparel side or a World’s Smallest bought for very small hands. The cards on this site carry the age lines and cut notes for exactly that reason; two minutes of reading spares a week of boxes.
