Who carries the parcel
When you open a listing from our shelf and buy, our retail partner packs the box and moves it. Delivery speed, carrier and cost are all shown on the listing before you commit, and they depend on your address and the options you pick there, not on anything set on this site.
Where to watch it travel
The order page in your account at the retail partner shows the parcel’s progress door to door. We have no window into it: no order numbers pass through our desk, which is exactly how a drawing desk should work.
One honest note on timing
Around holidays the listings themselves adjust their delivery estimates. The date shown at checkout on the day you buy is the one that counts, not anything remembered from an earlier visit.
