Who carries the parcel
When you open a listing from our shelf and buy, the shop on the other side of that button packs the box and moves it. Speed, carrier and cost are shown on the listing before you commit, and they depend on your address and the options you pick there, not on anything set on this site.
Where to watch it travel
The order page in the account you bought under shows the parcel’s progress door to door. We have no window into it: no order numbers pass through our desk, which is exactly how a drawing desk should work.
One honest note on timing
Around holidays the listings themselves adjust their delivery estimates. The date shown at checkout on the day you buy is the one that counts, not anything remembered from an earlier visit.
